The state supports supra-regional measures for children and youth recreation if these take into account the needs of children and young people for recreation, joint activities and education. In particular, socially disadvantaged children and young people are to be supported.
Applicants for supra-regional measures can only be independent youth welfare organizations (clubs/associations). It is not possible for citizens to submit applications.
