All parcels of land and buildings of significance under real estate law are recorded in the real estate register together with their spatial boundaries. You can check these by inspecting the real estate register.
The real estate cadastre is a register under public law in which all parcels of land and buildings of significance under real estate law in the state are recorded and the results of the land valuation are shown. It thus serves to secure ownership of real estate. You can easily gain an overview by inspecting the real estate register.
If you require an official extract from the real estate register for a specific project (e.g. building project), you must apply for this from the responsible lower surveying and geoinformation authority (land registry office). You can use the links below for this purpose.
