The obligation to pay broadcasting fees no longer applies if you: - live in an apartment as a cohabitant or other resident and have paid broadcasting fees several times up to now - move into an apartment for which broadcasting fees are already paid - are entitled to/obtain an exemption for certain social or health reasons.

• Proof that the obligation to pay contributions has lapsed
• Certificate of registration

• If required:
  • Contribution number of the person already paying for the apartment
  • Power of attorney or power of attorney for care

The obligation to pay broadcasting fees does not apply if you:

• live in an apartment as a cohabitant or other occupant and have previously paid broadcasting fees on several occasions
• move into an apartment for which broadcasting fees are already paid
• are entitled to an exemption for certain social or health reasons

Deregistration: free of charge

Obligation to pay contributions ends at the end of the month in which the occupation of the apartment by the contributor ends. However, not before the end of the month in which this was notified.
