Euro WC-Schlüssel / Behinderten WC-Schlüssel

The Euro WC key enables access to disabled toilets in Germany and some European countries.

Citizens with a severely disabled person's pass or notification from the State Office for Social Services can receive a key for disabled toilets if they have the aG, G, H, Bl or G mark with a degree of disability (GdB) of 70 upwards or if no mark has been issued but a GdB of 90 upwards is given.

People suffering from multiple sclerosis, Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis also receive a key, provided they present a corresponding medical report or medical certificate.

The key can be used throughout Germany, Austria, Switzerland and some other European countries for disabled toilets at highway service stations and in many cities.

• Severely disabled person's pass or notification from the State Office for Social Services,
• medical report or medical certificate, if applicable.

The key costs 26.90 euros. Some local authorities cover these costs under certain conditions.

Some local authorities offer the Euro WC key (disabled WC key) directly.
However, you can also obtain them from the non-profit organization CBF-Darmstadt e. V.
