Erlaubnis zur Bereitstellung / Abgabe von bestimmten gefährlichen Stoffen und Gemischen nach ChemVerbotsV beantragen

Anyone wishing to place substances or preparations on the market that are to be labeled "toxic" or "very toxic" requires a permit.

The Chemicals Prohibition Ordinance (ChemVerbotsV)

• restricts or prohibits the placing on the market of certain dangerous substances (hazardous substances) and
• lays down conditions for the supply of certain hazardous substances.

Anyone who places substances or preparations on the market commercially or independently as part of a commercial enterprise that are to be labeled with the hazard symbols T (toxic) or T+ (very toxic) in accordance with the Hazardous Substances Ordinance requires a permit from the competent authority.

Anyone who does not supply toxic or very toxic substances to private individuals, but only to resellers, professional users or public research, testing or teaching institutions, must notify the competent authority.

A competent person is required in the company to place these certain hazardous substances on the market(certificate of competence in accordance with Section 5 of the Chemicals Prohibition Ordinance).

A fee of between 75.00 euros and 1,000.00 euros is charged in accordance with the state ordinance on administrative fees. Detailed information can be obtained from the responsible office.
