Certain work involving substances that damage the ozone layer may only be carried out by certain persons.
Certain work in connection with substances that damage the ozone layer because they lead to its depletion may only be carried out by certain persons. Among other things, this person must be reliable, have the necessary technical equipment and have demonstrated the required expertise.
Proof of expertise can be provided, for example, by attending training courses. In accordance with Section 5 of the Chemicals Ozone Layer Ordinance, only those providers who are recognized by the competent authority may hold training events.
Upon application, an exemption from the requirement for technical and manual training can be granted if the applicant can prove that they are comparably qualified.
