For the construction (assembly, installation) and operation as well as significant changes (design or mode of operation) of a filling station, you require a permit from the responsible authority.
Filling stations are so-called "systems requiring monitoring" which must be assembled, installed and operated in accordance with the state of the art.
The permit can be issued subject to conditions and can be restricted, limited in time and subject to conditions at any time.
The permit must be applied for in writing, including all documents necessary for the assessment of the installation, including the expert opinion of an authorized inspection body.
