Anyone wishing to carry out interventions/treatments on vertebrates that may be associated with pain or damage must notify the competent authority.
If you want to

of substances, products or organisms, you must notify the competent authority if you intend to carry out interventions or treatments on vertebrates that may cause pain, suffering or harm.
The notification must be made at least two weeks before the start of the interventions or treatments. The authority may shorten the deadline on request.
