For high-pressure gas services that are not used for public supply, experts who are employed by another technical inspection organization are also approved in accordance with Section 12 (2) No. 2 GasHDrLtgV. However, this technical inspection organization must have been recognized by the above-mentioned competent body.
The legal and technical supervision of the State Office for Mining, Energy and Geology (LBEG) is exercised by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Transport, Labor, Technology and Tourism of the State of Schleswig-Holstein (MWAVTT).
