The same applies to executors, estate administrators or executors of wills for a period of ten years after the inheritance. However, the person authorized to continue the business can also obtain a permit in accordance with § 2 GastG. This would come into consideration if he/she requires a permit anyway when adding rooms.
At the same time, a notification must be submitted in accordance with § 14 GewO.
