If you want to hunt on someone else's property, you can obtain a hunting permit under certain conditions.
You can hunt in a hunting ground if you have received a hunting permit from the person authorized to hunt.
You need written permission if you want to hunt without being accompanied by the person authorized to hunt.
Authorized hunters are leaseholders of hunting districts and owners of non-leased hunting districts.
You must always have the hunting permit with you. If you have received a paid hunting permit, you must report this to the competent hunting authority.

Fees are charged. Detailed information on this can be obtained from the competent hunting authority.
- You receive a hunting permit for a fee.
- You must notify the hunting authority of the paid hunting permit within one month.
- If the hunting authority does not object to the hunting permit within three weeks or allows you to hunt before the three weeks have expired, you can start hunting.
- If the hunting authority objects to the hunting permit, you must wait with the hunt until the reasons for the objection no longer exist.
