If the passport cannot be found, has been lost or stolen, the loss must be reported immediately to the passport authority.
If the passport has gone missing, i.e. the passport cannot be found, has been lost or stolen, the passport holder is obliged to report the loss to the passport authority immediately.
If the passport is found again, the passport authority must also be notified immediately.
Suitable proof of your identity (e.g. official photo ID or driver's license).
If you need a replacement at short notice, you can

- a temporary passport (valid for a maximum of 1 year)
