Resident parking permits are issued on application by the municipal, district or city authorities responsible for the place of residence.

In some inner city areas, residents' parking zones have been set up (by means of traffic signs) due to a considerable shortage of parking space. To be allowed to park in these areas, you need a resident parking permit.

Resident parking permits are issued on application.
Anyone who is registered in the area with a resident parking permit (main residence) and actually lives there is entitled to a permit. Depending on local circumstances, the registered secondary residence may be sufficient.
Each resident receives only one resident parking permit for one vehicle registered to him/her or which he/she verifiably uses on a permanent basis.

• Identity card,
• Registration certificate I (vehicle registration document),
• Certificate of use if you are not the vehicle owner,
• in the case of representation: power of attorney with the above-mentioned documents (also copies).

Fees of between 10.20 euros and 30.70 euros per year apply. More detailed information can be obtained from the responsible office.
