• State Ordinance on Fees of the State Office for Surveying and Geoinformation Schleswig-Holstein (VermGebVO).

The real estate register contains information on all properties in Schleswig-Holstein. Everyone has the right to inspect or obtain information.

The real estate cadastre contains descriptive information on all properties in Schleswig-Holstein, including, for example, the parcel and parcel number, the area, the location and the actual type of use. In addition, the owners of the properties are also recorded in the land register for information purposes.

If, for example, you require relevant information about your property for a building project, you can view the property register and obtain information or extracts (property description) from it.

In principle, any person or body can inspect the real estate register as a generally accessible source and obtain information or extracts from it. However, information on the names, dates of birth and addresses of owners is only made available to persons or bodies with a legitimate interest in knowing this data.

Fees are charged for the provision of extracts from the cadastral register (property description) in accordance with the State Ordinance on Fees of the State Office for Surveying and Geoinformation Schleswig-Holstein (VermGebVO).

• to the municipal, local, city or district administrations that have online access to the real estate cadastre data or
• to publicly appointed surveying engineers.
