Ausführungsgenehmigung für Fliegende Bauten beantragen

Temporary structures require a building permit before they are erected and put into use for the first time.

Temporary structures are non-stationary structures that can be repeatedly erected and dismantled at different locations.

Exceptions to this are the cases specified in Section 76 (2) sentence 2 of the State Building Regulations for Schleswig-Holstein (LBO). Construction permits issued by other federal states are also valid in Schleswig-Holstein.

The building permit is entered in an inspection book in accordance with § 76 Para. 5 LBO.

Fees are charged in accordance with the state ordinance on administrative fees in matters of building supervision. Detailed information can be obtained from the responsible office.

The execution permit is granted for a limited period.

"Through the state ordinance on the transfer of responsibility for the execution permits for temporary structures of December 15, 2016 (GVOBl. Schl.-H. p. 4), the authority to issue, extend, amend and transfer execution permits for temporary structures in accordance with Section 76 (3) to (5) of the State Building Code was transferred to the building supervisory authority at the Lord Mayor of the State Capital of Kiel. The building supervisory authority under the Lord Mayor of the City of Kiel is represented by the Inspection Office for Structural Safety under the Lord Mayor of the City of Kiel when issuing, extending, amending and transferring construction permits for temporary structures.
