Certain regulations apply to the removal of (structural) installations.
The removal of the installations listed in Section 61 (3) sentence 1 of the Schleswig-Holstein State Building Code (LBO) is exempt from the procedure unless they are cultural monuments.
For the removal of installations and buildings that are not exempt from the procedure, a notification procedure in accordance with § 63 Para. 3 Clause 2 ff. LBO is required.
If a permit, authorization or approval is required for the removal of the facility in accordance with other regulations (e.g. under monument protection, nature conservation or waste legislation), this must be obtained before the removal is commenced.
Building documents in accordance with the Building Documents Ordinance (BauVorlVO) are required for the notification.
Fees are charged in accordance with the state ordinance on administrative fees in matters of building supervision. Detailed information can be obtained from the responsible office.
