§ 46 para. 2 FeV

Conditions or restrictions entered in a driving license can be changed or deleted upon request.

Conditions entered in a driver's license, such as the wearing of a visual aid, or restrictions, such as a restriction to vehicles with automatic transmission due to physical disability, can be changed or deleted upon request.

• Previous driving license (driver's license),
• Medical certificate or certificate from an independent expert from a technical testing center. Please contact the relevant office in advance to find out which documents you need to submit.

Fees are charged in accordance with the German Road Traffic Fee Regulations (GebOSt). You can obtain detailed information on this from the responsible office.

Conditions and restrictions are entered in the driving license in the form of key numbers (field 12).
