Anyone wishing to set up, extend or change the use of a campsite, weekend site or golf course requires a permit
The construction, modification, extension or change of use of camping and weekend sites or golf courses is subject to the building permit procedure in accordance with Section 64 of the State Building Regulations for Schleswig-Holstein (LBO).
The building supervisory authorities must ensure that the public law regulations and the orders issued on the basis of these regulations are complied with.
All building documents required for the assessment of the building project and the processing of the building application must be submitted with the building application in accordance with Section 19 of the State Ordinance on Camping and Weekend Sites or in accordance with the Building Documents Ordinance (BauVorlVO).
Fees are charged in accordance with tariff items 11 and 12 of the Building Fees Ordinance of the State of Schleswig-Holstein (BauGebVO), Annex 1.
The building permit (camping and weekend site or golf course permit) expires if construction of the project has not begun within three years of its issue or if construction has been interrupted for more than one year. This period of validity can be extended on application.
