Interkulturelle Woche

The intercultural week takes place annually in September, from Sunday to Saturday before Thanksgiving.

The Intercultural Week is an initiative of the German Bishops' Conference, the Protestant Church in Germany and the Greek Orthodox Metropolis. It is supported and sponsored by trade unions, charities, local authorities, foreigners' councils and integration officers, migrant organizations and initiative groups.

Numerous communities and associations take part with a wide variety of events, such as readings, concerts, discussions, seminars and workshops.
