Overview of the Saarland property market

The Saarland Property Market Report makes a significant contribution to a transparent real estate market. Reliable and objective information on market developments over the past few years forms an important basis for decisions in politics, business and society.

The property market report presents sales figures and price trends in a standardized and comprehensive manner for Saarland at the level of the administrative districts, the regional association of Saarbrücken and the state capital of Saarbrücken. In addition, value-relevant data such as property interest rates for income-oriented properties (e.g. apartment buildings, residential buildings with mixed use, office buildings) or asset value factors for detached and semi-detached houses are presented.

The Saarland Property Market Report is compiled and published every two years by the Central Office of the Saarland Property Valuation Committees (ZGGA) on the legal basis of the Building Code.
