• Verwaltungskostengesetz des Freistaates Sachsen (SächsVwKG)
• Zehntes Sächsisches Kostenverzeichnis (10. SächsKVZ) lfd. Nr.17, Tarifstelle 7.4.1 und / oder 7.4.2

As part of a construction project, you can

• obtain approval for the use of a construction product in individual cases (proof of usability)

and / or

• have the use of a project-related type of construction approved with regard to the fulfilment of basic requirements for buildings (proof of applicability).

• if applicable, a declaration of assumption of costs (informal)
• Views, floor plans, sections and other graphic representations of the object with location labelling of the construction product or type of construction
• where applicable, referenced verification or proof of applicability
• if applicable, documents describing the deviation, description of the design solution, equivalent measures with explanations and drawings including details
• drawings of the construction product or type of construction including details, if applicable
• Installation instructions
• Expert opinion / statement from a test centre on the individual application( test reports, if applicable)

The construction product and/or the type of construction is to be used or applied in a construction project in the Free State of Saxony.

The fee is calculated according to

• the administrative effort,
• the importance of the subject matter of the authorisation and
• the economic and other interests of the applicant

Submit your application using the online application form provided here on Amt24 or informally to the relevant office.

Online service

Set up a service account in Amt24 and use it to log in to the service portal. Have electronic copies of the required documents ready.

• Follow the link to the online service (see -> Online application) and fill in the data fields according to the instructions. You can save the information at any time and complete it at a later date.
• Upload the required documents (see -> Required documents).
• Once all data fields have been completed, finalise the application and the data will be sent to the responsible office.
• You will find the application confirmation in the inbox of your service account. You will receive a notification of incoming messages to your personal e-mail address.

• Submit an informal application to the relevant office.
• Attachthe required documents to the application (see -> Required documents) .
• Submit the complete application documents to the competent body in writing or electronically.
