§ 3 Sächsisches Fischereigesetz (SächsFischG)

The fishing authority records the lease agreement for managed facilities in the lease register and thereby confirms the legal validity of the agreement.

Anyone who leases a managed facility in accordance with Section 3 SächsFischG must immediately notify the fisheries authority (LfULG, Fisheries Department) of the conclusion and amendment of a lease agreement by sending the contract document (in triplicate).

The premature termination of the lease must also be reported.

• The written lease agreement signed by both parties is sent/handed over to the fishing authority in triplicate.
• The contract is registered and a confirmation is sent to the lessee within the legally stipulated period. In the event of violations of the regulations of the SächsFischG, the fishing authority can object to the contract by notice.
