An exemption shall be granted under § 27 Absatz 2 Patentanwaltsordnung (PAO) if a firm is

• is established exclusively in other states and
• overriding interests of the administration of justice do not conflict.

Procedural fee according to the scale of fees of the Patent Attorneys' Association
