Report of an incident in accordance with § 19 Para. 1 of the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (Betriebssicherheitsverordnung (BetrSichV))

You must notify the occupational health and safety authority immediately of any accident in which a person was killed or seriously injured and of any case of damage in which components or safety-related equipment failed. This applies to accidents and cases of damage to systems requiring monitoring, cranes and liquid gas systems as well as to mechanical work equipment used in event technology.
