• if applicable, concept and further detailed descriptions of the project
• if applicable, financing, operational, staffing and organisational plans, descriptions and proofs of organisation
• if applicable, external expert reports
• in the case of grants from other funding sources, the decision of the respective authority, if applicable

Eligible projects and measures are those with a focus on the Free State of Saxony. Further requirements may apply.

If applicable, projects must be carried out by professionals with at least a Bachelor's degree. Proof of competence in gender-sensitive work must be provided.

The application is submitted to the Saxony Regional Directorate. Justified individual cases are to be decided in consultation with the State Ministry responsible for equality.

Applications for grants for projects with a supra-regional scope or innovative character, individual projects of state-wide significance or cross-border and interregional networking activities must be submitted to the Saxony Regional Directorate for the following year(s) as a rule by 31 August of the current year at the latest.

Applications for grants for other projects and measures, in particular conferences, seminars and public relations measures, may be submitted to the Saxony Regional Directorate on an ongoing basis during the respective year.
