Notification of the use of plant protection products for others in accordance with section 1 of the Sächsisches Pflanzenschutzverordnung (SächsPflSchVO) and section 10 sentence 1 of the Pflanzenschutzgesetz (PflSchG)

The use of plant protection products for others must be notified. 

The competent authority must also be informed immediately of any changes to the notified circumstances.

Note: If you trade in plant protection products or wish to advise others on the use of plant protection products in the context of commercial activities, you must also notify us of this.

Single Point of Contact (Einheitlicher Ansprechpartner)

You can use the service of the Single Point of Contact for this procedure. They will guide you through the procedure, take care of correspondence with all the authorities responsible for your concerns and provide you with expert advice.

• Name and address of the company and the company owner or management
• Name, address and proof of the required technical knowledge and skills (certificate of competence) of the persons using plant protection products

The application of plant protection products may only be carried out by persons who have a valid certificate of competence.

Before you start applying plant protection products for others, submit the fully completed notification to the LfULG together with all required documents. Alternatively, you can also submit the notification to the Single Point of Contact in the Free State of Saxony.
