Recognition of a training event to impart knowledge for the expertise of a project manager according to § 15 Genetic Engineering Safety Ordinance (GenTSV).

The required expertise of a project manager is demonstrated, among other things, by the certificate of attendance of a training event. The training event must be recognized by the competent state authority.

The Federal/State Working Group on Genetic Engineering (LAG) has drawn up a curriculum on the individual course contents of the advanced training events in accordance with Section 15 (2) Sentence 1 No. 3 of the Genetic Engineering Safety Ordinance (GenTSV).

The training event is intended to impart knowledge of the following topics:

• hazard potentials of organisms during genetic engineering work in genetic engineering facilities with special consideration of microbiology and during releases
• safety measures for genetic engineering laboratories, genetic engineering production areas and releases
• legal regulations on safety measures for genetic engineering laboratories, production areas and releases, as well as on occupational health and safety

EUR 130,00 to EUR 1.300,00

Apply in writing informally to the Saxon State Ministry for Energy, Climate Protection, Environment and Agriculture for recognition of the training event.

• Enclose a copy of the training documents with your application.
• You will receive written notification of the result of the examination.
