Notifications pursuant to Section 14 of the Markscheider-Bergverordnung (Mining Ordinance, MarkschBergV)

If you are recognised as a mine surveyor or as an "other person" within the meaning of Section 64 (1) sentence 2 of the Bundesberggesetz (Federal Mining Act, see "Legal basis"), you must prepare an annual mine surveyor's report every year.

The annual report has the following content:

• Measurements of particular importance and their results
• Status of the crack work (including special features in its preparation and subsequent registration)
• Innovations and special features in relation to the instruments and equipment
• Number of employees and information on their professional training and the tasks they perform

You must submit the annual report to the competent authority using the prescribed form (Forms & Online Service).

Submission: by 1 February of the following year
