Commercial law provides that a general partnership (OHG) must be registered in the commercial register. The registration must be made by all partners at the competent registration court.

The following information is required for the registration of a general partnership
- Surname, first name, date of birth and place of residence of each partner
- The company's name, the place where it has its registered office and its domestic business address
- The object of the company, if it is not apparent from the company name
- Power of representation of the partners

Changes
If relevant information about your company, such as the registered office, legal form or authorised representatives, has changed, please have the entry in the commercial register corrected without delay.
The entry is made in the same way exclusively via a notary.
