Practice of the profession in the case of foreign nationality
Nationals of another EU member state or another EEA contracting state may practise the profession of medicine using the corresponding professional title without a licence to practise or without a permit to practise temporarily if they provide their professional activity as a temporary and occasional service within the meaning of Article 50 of the EC Treaty. However, they are subject to the obligation to register and to verification.
The same applies to third-country nationals if their training has been recognised as equivalent by the competent authority.
