Recognition of a test centre for the testing of measuring instruments in accordance with § 13 Erste Verordnung zur Dürchführung des Bundes-Immissionsschutzgesetzes (BImSchV)

• Proof of qualification (certificates, proof of specialist knowledge) (copy)
• Notice of initial announcement in another federal state (copy)

Before an announcement, the relevant bodies must have proven their competence in accordance with guideline VDI 4208 Sheet 2, October 2011 edition.

This means that certain requirements are met to:

• the staff,
• knowledge of test procedures,
• Practical experience,
• the technical equipment,
• knowledge of subject-specific regulations

must be fulfilled.

EUR 150.00 to EUR 5,000.00.

1. Submit your application for recognition as a test centre for measuring instruments and the required documents to the responsible department. (see -> Further information)
2. The responsible department will check the application received and, if necessary, make additional requests for the submission of missing or inadequate documents.
3. If all requirements are met, the responsible department will send you the notification and the invoice to be paid.
4. The notification will be published on the website of the "ReSyMeSa" search system (www.resymesa.de).
