For multiple births of triplets or more, the foundation "Hilfe für Familien, Mutter und Kind" grants a one-off subsidy of up to EUR 260.00 per child to alleviate the particular economic burden on the family.
The grants are tax-free and cannot be seized. They are granted in addition to the parental allowance and possible honorary sponsorships by the Saxon Minister President or the Federal President.

Support for multiple births can be applied for at the locally responsible social welfare office as well as at the offices of the associations of independent welfare services and at the pregnancy counselling centres of the independent organisations and the health authorities.

- You submit the application together with the necessary supporting documents to the advice centre.
- The advice centre will forward your application documents to the Foundation's head office.
- The Foundation's office will inform you in writing whether and to what extent your application has been approved and will pay out the funds.
