Standard land values are average location values per square metre of land area for an area with essentially the same value-determining characteristics. Standard land values serve the transparency of the property market and are also the basis for determining the market value.

Anyone can request information on standard land values.

• Inspection of the standard land value maps and verbal information on the standard land value: generally none
• written information on the standard land value: generally subject to a charge
• If the expert committees make standard land values available as a file, this is generally subject to a charge. Information via the Internet is generally provided free of charge.
• The amount of the costs can be found in the relevant municipal statutes.

• Contact the relevant expert committee and request information on a specific standard land value. As a minimum, state the area to which your enquiry relates. If a special application form is available, please use this.
• The information can be provided by granting access to the standard land value maps or by providing individual information verbally, by telephone or in writing.
• In some cases, the standard land values are also made available as a file (e.g. on CD) or via the Internet.
• If you have requested the information in written form, it will be sent to you.
