Application for information from the mining authorities pursuant to § 7 of the Saxon Cavities Ordinance (SächsHohlrVO)

Information from the mining authorities serves you as a landowner or interested party to be able to determine dangers and restrictions in subsequent use due to underground cavities in good time. This applies in particular before construction work with foundation work or static influences on the building ground.

Specific enquiries can be made to the Saxon Upper Mining Authority.

• two extracts of the current cadastral map of the property concerned (one copy will be returned to you with the statement from the mining authority)

Information is provided to all natural and legal persons who can prove a legitimate interest with their application.

EUR 70.00 per request

• The application can be made in writing or by e-mail. You can use the form provided for this purpose.
• The Saxon Upper Mining Authority issues the mining authority statement with application-related letters. These are recognised by building authorities, among others, as official statements.

Note: Informal applications must contain the information shown on the form in order to enable the eligibility of the applicant and the doubtless allocation of the real property.
