Notifications pursuant to Section 14 of the Markscheider-Bergverordnung (MarkschBergV)

If recognised mine surveyors or recognised "other persons" within the meaning of Section 64 (1) sentence 2 of the Bundesberggesetz (Federal Mining Act) cease mine survey work, they must notify the mining authority.

You can use the services of the Single Point of Contact for this procedure. They will guide you through the procedure, take care of correspondence with all the authorities responsible for your matter and provide you with expert advice.

If applicable, please submit a protocol (copy) of the transfer of documents and files relating to the Markscheider.

Note: It is sufficient for the transferee to submit the protocol to the Sächsisches Oberbergamt (Saxon minig authority).

You must make the notification immediately.
