Apply for a permit according to § 7 Explosives Act (SprengG)

You need a permit in accordance with § 7 of the Explosives Act (SprengG) if you want to

• handle explosive substances or
• to engage in the traffic of explosive substances.

The permit is issued on application by the competent authority.

Other responsibility

• if applicable: supplementary sheet A (found ammunition)
• Proof of liability insurance for the intended activity
• Proof of commercial activity

• Reliability
• If you manage the handling and traffic of explosive substances yourself:
• Proof of the required technical knowledge
• physical fitness
• Minimum age of 21 years

Attention! As an authorised person, you require a certificate of competence for work involving the handling of explosives.

Fee range: EUR 200.00 to EUR 2,500
