The responsible Chamber of Tax Consultants keeps a register of vocational training contracts for the recognised training occupation of assistant tax consultant. All essential contents of the vocational training contract are entered in this register.

If you as an employer have concluded a vocational training contract with a trainee, you are legally obliged to apply for entry in the register of vocational training relationships.

The following are entered in the register

• Surname, first name, date of birth and address of the trainee
• Gender, nationality, general school-leaving qualification, previous participation in pre-vocational training or basic vocational training, previous vocational training
• if required, surname, first name and address of legal representative(s)
• Training occupation including specialisation
• Vocational training as part of an integrated dual study programme
• Date of conclusion of the training contract, duration of training and duration of the probationary period, shortening of the training period, part-time vocational training
• the remuneration agreed for each year of training when the training contract was concluded
• The date on which the vocational training programme began and ended and the date on which the training contract was terminated prematurely
• Type of funding in the case of predominantly publicly subsidised vocational training relationships, in particular on the basis of Book Three of the German Social Code
• Name and address of the trainee and address of the training centre
• Surname, first name, gender and type of professional qualification of the trainers

• medical certificate of initial examination
• Vocational training contract

• The vocational training contract complies with the Vocational Training Act (BBiG) and the training regulations.
• The professional and personal suitability of the trainer and the suitability of the training centre for hiring and training are given.
• For trainees under the age of 18: Submission of a medical certificate of the initial medical examination.

Submit the application to the Chamber of Tax Consultants responsible for your company once the training contract has been concluded.

The entry in the register will be cancelled if the medical certificate for the first follow-up examination is not submitted by the day the trainee registers for the intermediate examination or the first part of the final examination at the latest.

The entry in the register must be made immediately after conclusion of the vocational training contract.
