As an organizer, you can apply for a change for your already scheduled trade fairs, exhibitions or markets.

Informal application

• The event has already been scheduled by the competent authority.
• You would like to apply for a change in the scheduling of this event.
• The event is one of the following types of event:
  • Trade fair
  • Exhibition
  • wholesale market
  • weekly market
  • Specialty market
  • Fair

Costs are incurred. The amount of the costs depends on the type of event and the costs for fixing. As a rule, the costs are between 20.00 euros and 300.00 euros

• You submit an application for a change in the determination of an event with all the necessary documents by post or e-mail to the competent body.
• The competent authority will check your documents. If necessary, it will request further documents or information from you.
• The competent body will decide on your application.
• You will receive a decision.
• You will receive a notification of fees.
• You pay the fees.

If an online service has been set up, you can alternatively apply for the change online:

• You call up the online service.
• You fill in the application form and send it off.
• Your application and documents will be sent to the relevant office.
• The responsible office will decide on your application.
• You will receive a decision.
• You receive a notification of fees.
• You pay the fees.

The processing time depends on the individual case.

You need the amended determination before you carry out the planned event.
