§ Section 15 (1 - 7) of the Federal Hunting Act (BJagdG)

If your daily falconry license for foreigners has been revoked by the issuing authority, you can reapply for it after the specified retention period has expired.

If you wish to hunt in Germany, you will need a German falconry license in your name.

If your day hunting license for foreign falconers has been revoked, you can reapply for it after the specified retention period has expired.

• completed hunting liability insurance
• Falconry license already issued has been revoked
• Elapsed ban period

You can submit the application in writing or, if available, online.

If you submit the application in writing, complete it and submit it by post or in person to the competent authority.

The application and the supporting documents to be provided will be checked for completeness and correctness.

If you meet all the requirements, you will be issued a foreigner falconry hunting license.

The daily hunting license is valid for 14 consecutive days.
