You must inform the competent authority that you no longer wish to operate an X-ray facility.

If you wish to terminate the operation of an X-ray facility, you are obliged to notify the competent authority. The termination of operation can be, for example, the sale or disposal of the X-ray equipment.

• Proof of the whereabouts of the X-ray equipment (e.g. disposal or sale)
• If you have received a permit for the operation of the X-ray facility, please return the original to the competent authority

You want to stop operating an X-ray facility or have already done so.

• They send the deregistration of the X-ray equipment to the competent authority.
• This registers your message about the respective device.

When deregistering an approved X-ray facility, the original permit must be returned to the competent authority.

You can informally send the competent authority the notification that you no longer wish to use an X-ray facility.

• Notification of termination of approved or notified operation or handling Receipt

  • Deregistration is necessary at the end of operations, such as when selling or disposing of the X-ray equipment
