You can apply for the division of a parcel of land. The parcel is divided when it is split up. The new parcels must be surveyed. In a boundary appointment, the surveyor compares the situation on site with the content of the real estate register. The new boundary is determined and usually marked with boundary markers. The result is transferred to the real estate register.
The fees depend on the following factors:
- Number of old and new boundary points,

You must also pay for the route, boundary and survey markers, travel costs and field expenses.
The local survey and the expenses are subject to VAT.
