Does your project require parcels to be created quickly in the real estate register? You can only create parcels of land and after one year at the latest they must be transferred to the local area.
All parcels of land are recorded in the real estate register.
In the case of real estate surveying with advance parcel formation, the intended parcel boundaries are first entered in the real estate cadastre. Only then must the created parcel boundaries be transferred on site. You have one year to do this.
A real estate survey with early parcel formation is called specialization.
- You are:
- Owner of the parcel,
- authorized person,
- holder of other rights.
- The location of the intended parcel boundaries are clearly indicated in a sketch (attached to the application),
- the coordinates of the existing boundary points are available and
- the coordinates of the new boundary points can be calculated.
Fees and expenses are charged for the advance creation of parcels, the transfer to the locality and the keeping of the register.
The fees depend on
- the number of old and new boundary points
- the boundary length,
- the standard land value zone and
- the number of parcels.
The local survey and the expenses are subject to VAT.
