If you manufacture weapons commercially and/or trade in weapons, you must report the commencement or cessation of operations.
The competent authority must be notified of the commencement or cessation of commercial arms manufacturing and/or arms trading operations.
The notification must be made by the holder of the weapons manufacturing license or the weapons trading license to the weapons authority responsible for the location of the business premises.
