If you open or close the operation of a branch or dependent branch for the commercial production and/or arms trade, you must report this.

Notification of the opening or closure of a branch or dependent branch for the commercial manufacture of arms and/or the arms trade must be made in writing to the competent authority.

In the event of non-notification, there is an administrative offence in accordance with § 53 (1) number 8 of the Weapons Act.

• Weapons Manufacturing Permit or Arms Trade Permit

The weapons manufacturing permit or arms trade permit was issued.

The notification must be made by the holder of the arms manufacturing or arms trade permit to the weapons authority responsible for the place of the branch or dependent branch.

The notification must be made within two weeks of opening or closing.

• Notification of the opening or closure of a branch or dependent branch for the commercial manufacture of arms and/or the arms trade
• the opening or closure of a branch or branch must be indicated
• the notification must be made within two weeks
• responsible: the weapons authority responsible for the place of the branch or dependent branch
