As the operator of a large combustion plant, gas turbine or internal combustion engine plant, you must submit measurement reports on air pollutant emissions for inspection at regular intervals.

If you operate a large combustion plant, gas turbine or combustion engine plant, you must have the emissions of certain air pollutants determined by a recognized expert at regular intervals by means of discontinuous measurements (individual measurements) in order to monitor the emissions. A measurement report must be drawn up on the results of the measurements and submitted to the competent authority for review.
