You are subject to the obligation to provide proof of hazardous waste and less than 20 t per year and type of waste are generated at your point of origin? Then the disposal can be organized via a collective certificate of a carrier without not participating in the electronic verification procedure
Disposal, i.e. recovery or disposal, including the collection and transport of hazardous waste, is subject to a verification procedure under waste law. Waste producers as well as owners, carriers, collectors and disposal companies of hazardous waste are obliged to do so. This excludes private households and small-scale producers who do not generate more than two tonnes of hazardous waste per year.
You are subject to the obligation to provide proof of hazardous waste and less than 20 t per year and type of waste are generated at your point of origin? You can organise the disposal via a collective certificate from a carrier and do not have to participate in the electronic verification procedure as a producer, because in this case the electronic procedure is carried out by the carrier who has had the collective disposal certificate approved.
- Mandatory forms of the Verification Ordinance
