A property that is exempt from the booking obligation, but is nevertheless registered in the land register, can be withdrawn from the land register at the request of the owner, i.e. fully booked. This presupposes that there are no encumbrances on the property.

The derecognition note of the land registry office must be entered in the inventory of the land register. If all land entered on a sheet is fully booked, the sheet must be closed.
