Anerkennung als Prüfungs- und Bescheinigungsstellen nach Chemikalien-Klimaschutzverordnung beantragen

If you want to carry out tests or issue certificates in accordance with the Chemicals Climate Protection Ordinance, you must be recognized by the competent authority.

Certificates of competence are required for the personnel carrying out certain work on refrigeration or air conditioning systems, for example. These certificates are issued after passing an examination. If you wish to carry out such inspections or issue certificates, you will require approval from the competent authority. This applies to the whole of Germany.

Information on the teachers conducting the examination, the examination procedure or the content of the certificates must be submitted. Further documents may need to be submitted following queries from the competent authority.

• Training documents of the future instructors,
• Contents of the course,
• Timetable for the course,
• examination regulations, if applicable,
• if applicable, procedural regulations for the issue of certificates of competence,
• list of equipment used during training and
• if applicable, a sample examination paper, questionnaire.

They have the appropriate resources, material and personnel to carry out inspections and issue certificates.
