You want to operate a restaurant permanently? Then you must report this in writing before the start of operation.

If you want to operate a standing catering business permanently, you must indicate this.

You must also indicate in your display which operating mode it is.

• operation of a dependent branch,
• the relocation of the permanent establishment,
• the expansion of the offer and
• the task of the operation of the permanent establishment.

You must also indicate in your ad whether you want to offer alcoholic beverages. They must indicate if the previous offer in the ongoing restaurant operation is to be extended to alcoholic beverages or to the offer of food to be prepared for consumption on the spot.

You must submit the notification at least 4 weeks before the start of operations.

If something changes to your details in the advertisement, you must immediately notify us in writing.

You must make a business advertisement in accordance with § 14 of the Trade Code and the Trade Registration Ordinance.
