Eintragung in die Liste der Nachweisberechtigten für bautechnische Nachweise beantragen

Each building application and certain building documents must be signed by one or a building template holder. They are commissioned by the client.

You may only be commissioned as a person entitled or entitled to proof if you are entered in the list of persons entitled to proof.

In Saxony-Anhalt, 2 lists of persons entitled to proof are kept.

Persons entitled to proof of stability

This list is maintained by the Chamber of Engineers of Saxony-Anhalt.

Persons entitled to proof of fire protection

This list is maintained by the Chamber of Architects of Saxony-Anhalt.

• Application for registration
• Officially certified copy/transcript of the award of the academic degree
• Proof of professional experience
• Proof of professional indemnity insurance

• You live or work in Saxony-Anhalt

For the entry in the list of persons entitled to proof of stability is also necessary:

• You have completed a degree in civil engineering
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of design planning of buildings

For the entry in the list of persons entitled to proof of fire protection , it is also necessary:

• You have completed a degree in architecture
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the preparation of fire protection certificates
• Or you are already a test engineer or test expert for fire protection

A fee of between 150 euros and 185 euros applies for registration.

The annual list maintenance fee is between 40 euros and 50 euros.

The Chamber of Engineers and the Chamber of Architects of Saxony-Anhalt decide on the entry in the respective list of persons entitled to proof.
